How much should my chihuahua weigh as an adult?

I have a 12 week old male chihuahua who weighs 4 pounds. At 9 weeks, he weighed 3 pounds and 1 ounce. He'll probably be bigger than the AKC standard, but how big do you think he'll be as an adult?
